Sanjay is an expert in business innovation and process transformation and has extensive experience of leading transformation projects across several industries and organizations. He has experience in technology, textiles and outsourcing services industries and has worked in USA, India and Singapore.

Prior to starting iProf, Sanjay was a managing director with New York based mortgage restructuring firm LMCO. As part of his role at LMCO, Sanjay oversaw restructuring at prominent organizations such as Silicon Graphics and Greatwhite.

Before LMCO, Sanjay had led several organizations through transformation phases as a CEO. He was the CEO of USD 600M textile firm Dan River in the United States. Dan River’s transformation under Sanjay has been featured in several business periodicals and is a University of North Carolina Business School case study. In addition to Dan River, Sanjay has also been the CEO of BPO organizations Colwell and Salmon, Caretel; and manufacturing firm Best and Baker.

Earlier in his career, Sanjay has worked in senior roles with AT&T Wireless and Motorola when they entered India. He was also part of the founding team at outsourcing firm Epicenter Technologies. His first job was as an IAS officer.

Sanjay is an MBA (Gold Medalist) from IIM, Ahmedabad and holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Mumbai.

Nitin Kaushik – Operations

Nitin has more than 15 years of experience managing global operations and business process reengineering. He has significant leadership experience in business transformation + integration in ITES and IT, textiles manufacturing, retail, medical systems, automotive, telecommunication and service industries. Nitin also has extensive cross-functional expertise in project management, solution designing, total quality management and strategy formulation. Nitin’s most recent engagement was Greatwide Logistic Services, where he was responsible for identification of business integration opportunities, establishing the project vision, leading solution design and implementation, and overall project management.

Prior to joining iProf India, Nitin worked at LM+Co a US based company dealing in operational and organizational restructuring, Dan River Inc., a $300 million textile company, where he identified and executed customer service and profitability initiatives, manufacturing/distribution restructuring initiatives, globally sourcing products from Asia, integration of accounting, supply chain integration and IT integration. Prior to that, Nitin worked as General Manager at Colwell & Salmon Communications where he led the Company’s operations in India, which included more than 700 employees providing BPO/KPO services to several Fortune 500 companies within North America and Europe. Nitin is an MBA, and also holds a Black Belt in Six Sigma along with being PMP certified and having worked in over 200 different projects.

Hannah Arora – Test Preparations

Hannah has more than 8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Key Accounts Management, Operations and Market Research domains. She also has significant leadership experience in business improvement, sales and profitability analysis in ITES and IT, Healthcare, Textiles manufacturing, Logistics and service industries.

Hannah’s key strengths are her extensive expertise in business analysis, sales presentations, corporate communication and account management. Prior to joining iProf India, Hannah has worked with LM+Co a US based company dealing in operational and organizational restructuring, before joining LM+ Co Hannah was working as Operations Manager with Dan River Inc., a $300 million textile company, where she was heading the procurement and analytical division of the company focusing on increasing business profitability. Prior to Dan River, Hannah has worked with Colwell & Salmon Communications where she led the business analysis and improvement initiative, in Colwell, she also handled Market Research projects for diversified products and services for companies based in USA, UK and Australia.

Anil Verma – Content Development

Anil K Verma is a veteran in e-learning with over 15 years of experience with educational institutes of national and international standards. Anil oversees the project execution and work flow of the content development and ensures to maintain the quality standards.

Anil K is postgraduate in chemistry and education and M.Phil in education with specialisation in ICT and e-learning. Anil started his career with ITBP as Asst. Commandant –Education, where he has introduced a unique testing and assessment pattern for recruits and rankers for promotion. Post his work with ITBP , Anil joined civil as lecturer in chemistry , he also joined education giant Educomp as Instructional Designer and subject expert. Internationally , Anil has worked with California department of education, Minnesota department of education, Ministry of education, Singapore on different K12, and teachers training e-learning and ICT projects to name a few. Anil also added great value with his work for the state of Uttaranchal on an e-learning project - e-class, the only one of its kind of mega-project on education in India till date which was funded by the World Bank, apart of this he has worked for other states government K12 e-learning projects. Anil is a great Instructional Design trainer and has trained thousands of educational professionals in instructional and educational technology.

Japinder Singh – Application Development

Japinder has over 12 years of IT experience in all area of SDLC in Manufacturing, Trading, Utility, Production and Material Management Systems. His business and functional expertise includes Program and Project Co-ordination, Relationship / Account Management, SDLC Planning & Management, Technical delivery management. His technical experience include Websphere Portal/WCM, J2EE, Microsoft. Net Technologies.He has managed two of the biggest IBM Websphere Portal Projects in India. He is process oriented and has strong organizational skills with leadership and exemplary communication. He also has immaculate analytical and relationship management skills with experience of working with cross-cultural teams under multinational environments.

Japinder has played various roles including Business Analyst, Delivery Management (Project Management, Project Lead) at various levels throughout, with organizations like Birlasoft Ltd., Technocvate eSolutions and Intersolutions Pvt Ltd.

Mohit has 13+ years of experience in education and entertainment industry. He is proficient in developing new business alliance, unique business models and setting up partnership with International and Indian Academic Institutes/Universities.

During his career graph he has worked with lots of start up companies like Spectrum Media, Brawn Info, Arena Multimedia, Picasso Animation College and Indian Institute of Financial Management where he was heading the Management functions inclusive of Operation and Sales in terms of generating and managing franchisee, creating new business outlines, setting up Strategic Business Units, New Product development, Alliance handling, Sales Training and Team Building. Mohit’s key areas of strength are formulating & implementing marketing & sales plans to ensure maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market shares. Managing the gamut of activities including market survey, testing, distribution & pre & post launch promotions for new product launches.

Anurag Agrawal – Head iProf Live & Distance Learning

Anurag Agrawal heads the iProf Live & Distance Learning businesses at iProf Learning Solutions. He was previously the India CEO for Novatium Solutions, an Ericsson associate company.

Anurag has experience of over 19 years across sales and distribution, customer lifecycle management, service marketing, customer relationship management and business development. He has been instrumental in launch of telecom service across various markets in India with operators like EssarCellphone (currently Vodafone) Spice Communications and Reliance Infocomm. He has also had a stint with ICICI Limited in infrastructure projects division handling long term financing of telecommunication projects in India.

Anurag has done his PGDM from IIM, Lucknow and engineering bachelors from BITs, Mesra.
